Just received my Certificate in Craft Brewing. The program lasted a year and included theory, laboratory work, many brew days, and finished with an internship that I did at my LHBS (Shout out to Trevor at Northwest Brewers Supply). I was lucky enough to learn from several professionals in the craft beer industry: Josh Waldman (Head Brewer Elysian Brewing), Tony Savoy (Head Brewer Flyers Brewing), Allen Rhoades (Owner Anacortes Brewing), David Leonard (Director of Brewing RAM Brewery), and many others.
